Issue #14 — on your mark, get set, VOTE
We are days away from electing our new President — use our final list of election resources to prepare, or zone out from the election info and take our advice on recipes, skincare, shows, and books.
🔎 Spotlight — this week by both of us
We are T-minus ONE WEEK until Election Day — but early voting is available in many states right now as we speak. As we inch closer towards choosing our elected officials, we thought we give y’all one last round up of the best election resources (mainly since we are politically shadowbanned on Instagram).
Let us know if you have any questions and LET’S DO THIS THING!!
KnockforDemocracy - Knock for Democracy has phone bank, text bank and canvass events every day until the election.
FairFightAction - want to help protect voting rights this election? Donate and volunteer here.
Living United for Change in Arizona - Living United for Change in Arizona is an organization led by changemakers fighting for social, racial, and economic transformation. They are committed to human dignity, inclusion, equity, and collective growth while working to reclaim their shared power alongside their families and community. Volunteer opportunities are available.
Oath Vote - Oath empowers donors to give more strategically by making data-driven recommendations about where your dollars have maximum impact. If you are donating in the next week - do it here.
Mobilize.us - This site has every opportunity available over the next week to help GOTV and volunteer!
Vote Save America - If you want to find ways to volunteer, donate, research candidates or fill out a sample ballot - this is the site.
Vote411 - Launched by the League of Women Voters Education Fund (LWVEF) in October of 2006, VOTE411.org is a "one-stop-shop" for election related information. It provides nonpartisan information to the public with both general and state-specific information on the following aspects of the election process:
Absentee ballot information
Ballot measure information (where applicable)
Early voting options (where applicable)
Election dates
Factual data on candidates in various federal, state and local races
General information on such topics as how to watch debates with a critical eye
ID requirements

Registration deadlines

Voter registration forms
Voting machines
SwingLeft - Swing Left makes it easy to maximize your impact on competitive races, from wherever you are.
Sister District - Sister District is a grassroots organization that aims to build enduring progressive power in state legislatures across the country, to improve people’s lives and support Democrats by filling critical gaps at every point in the political life cycle. If you want really cool phonebanking opportunities - this is the org for you.
Vote.gov - utilize their resources to stay informed about your rights as a voter, especially as one with a disability, one with a felony conviction, as someone who is currently unhoused, etc.
Pizza to the Polls - deliver free food to people who are participating in civic life, from long lines at polling places to nonpartisan events focused on voter education, registration, and turnout.
Poll Pass - with more than 500 political districts and 4.3 million registered voters, Los Angeles County is the largest and most complex election jurisdiction in the nation. You can use this interactive sample ballot to access, review, and mark your selections prior to going to a Vote Center. It will give you a QR code or a “Poll Pass” that you can scan at your voting kiosk, and it will populate all your pre-chosen selections into the machine, and onto your ballots, while allowing you to change any choices you made. This saves time for you and the thousands of voters that will be showing up to vote on Election Day.
51 Voter Guides - Katie Grossbard made this one-stop-shop-of-voter guides, for all 50 states (+ DC). Use it to help guide your progressive candidate selections for your state!
Click here for volunteer opportunities related to the Harris/Walz campaign!
